With professional staff and the vision of creating thriving, vibrant southern Idaho communities, the work of the organization is driven by a 25-member board of directors. Members of the board include representatives of Blaine, Camas, Cassia, Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Minidoka, and Twin Falls County Commissions, municipal elected and appointed officials, and individuals voicing the needs of K-12 and higher education, minority businesses and organizations, and the region’s industrial clusters and affiliated agencies.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant works directly under the President and Chief Executive Officer of the organization. The successful candidate will assist the President, Board of Directors, Department Managers, and all Frontier Community Resources Team Members perform and fulfill their work duties and responsibilities.

Loan Program Manager and

Reports to: President, Boards of Directors (Association and Small Business Loan)
Supervises: Loan Officers, Business Development Officer, and Lending Assistants
FLSA Status: Exempt
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
