The annual Association of Idaho Cities Conference returned in person this year with a mission of "Creating Quality Cities". Two of our team members, Adeanna Jenkins, Community Development Planner; and Brenda Hastreiter, Project Specialist, attended the conference to listen to and discuss the most pressing issues Idaho cities are facing in a post-pandemic world.
Our team has returned feeling energized and ready to apply solutions to challenges relevant in South-central Idaho communities!

July SBA 504 Interest Rates

25 Year - 5.11%

20 Year - 5.05%

10 Year - 4.97%

After several months of increasing interest rates, the SBA 504 rates have been essentially unchanged for May, June, and now July. The 25-year rate actually fell 5 basis points in July.

Small business owners can access cash from the equity in their real estate by way of the SBA 504 debt refinancing program.

In addition to refinancing existing debt on more favorable terms, you can get cash out to pay operating expenses or other purposes.

As with all SBA 504 programs, you can lock in a repayment term of up to 25 years at below-market interest rates.
