May SBA 504 Interest Rates

25 Year - 5.19%

20 Year - 5.13%

10 Year - 4.92%

Small business owners can access cash from the equity in their real estate by way of the SBA 504 debt refinancing program. 

In addition to refinancing existing debt on more favorable terms, you can get cash out to pay operating expenses or other purposes. 

As with all SBA 504 programs, you can lock in a repayment term of up to 25 years at below-market interest rates.

    For more than four decades, Frontier Community Resources has been providing hands-on technical assistance to communities throughout southern Idaho – from helping with basic infrastructure development (sewer, water, fire protection, community centers and senior centers) to assisting with community building (training, visioning, and comprehensive planning). The Frontier Community Resources team can assist with town meetings, preparing funding applications, and project administration.

    We are excited to announce the Rural Economic Development Services (REDS) Program is now housed under Frontier Community Resources!
    We are currently accepting applications from motivated, creative individuals that want to support and advocate economic growth potential for the rural communities in South-central Idaho. This program works with rural communities with a population of 10,000 or less.
    The Economic Development Professional (ED Pro) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the REDS program. The ED Pro will serve as the voice and brand ambassador of the REDS program and work closely with the Idaho Department of Commerce, REDS Board of Directors, and a broad range of professional organizations, businesses, and individuals with varying goals and ideologies to strengthen the economy in strategic and sustainable ways. The ED Pro will be actively engaged in open conversations regarding challenges and opportunities by collaborating with local government officials, business leaders, community organizations, and other stakeholders to find innovative ways to overcome the challenges of operating businesses in rural Idaho communities. The successful candidate will create and lead strategic development opportunities. This position is multifaceted, working to develop, implement, and coordinate business support, entrepreneurial development, community development, marketing, networking, and operational management. The ED Pro will be a critical partner in broadband development, business startups and expansion opportunities, business attraction campaigns, affordable housing solutions, and workforce development training opportunities in the participating communities.
